Meet Nikola

Prior to building my coaching practice I worked as a Manager with a Big Four Consulting firm and was a Business Continuity Management Consultant in NYC. With my consultant hat on, my focus was on advising.

A time came when solely climbing the corporate ladder wasn't fulfilling enough.

What ambitious people have in common is that we achieve success, win in our games, and get promoted. Outer achievements and the stimulation of our egos keep us going - sometimes at a cost we are willing to accept. But what if I took an active role designing the person and leader that I want to become? What if the game I was winning in, was truly my game, by my design, for me, AND for others?

Choosing to reinvent ourselves to live and lead with truth, purpose, and love takes courage. But this is also where the possibility exists for a wider impact and a truly abundant and fulfilling life.
