As a Professional Certified Coach I help ambitious people discover their true authentic selves and master their power of making “the impossible” happen. In the consulting world I knew how to succeed and be recognized. But when it came to living out my dreams, and going for my own impossible future, I failed to take action. Instead, I kept climbing the "wrong" mountains with full determination, commitment, and gear. It wasn't until I realized my goals were coming from my head (ego) rather than my heart, that I chose to re-invent myself as a passionate, heart-centered leader and coach.

Our minds are like a castle, and as children, we played in all of the rooms, exploring all of who we are. We used our imagination freely and acted from possibility and abundance. Over time, we learned to dislike parts of ourselves as we experienced feelings such as shame, guilt, insecurity, and fear. We began to close doors and lock them from our memories until we found ourselves in the keep - the last place of defense in our castle.
